About Poloniex
Founded by Tristan D’Agosta in 2014, Poloniex is a US-based centralized cryptocurrency exchange where users can trade Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin, Namecoin, Tether, and more on +100 bitcoin (BTC) markets. The Tether trading volume is particularly large relative to other exchanges, and Poloniex is the only crypto-to-crypto exchange with a lending option. Poloniex does not support fiat currencies.
